Anupam B. Chavat is an architect and urban planner, graduating from Sir J. J. College of Architecture (2000) with a Master’s in Town and Country Planning from COEP, Pune. He has around 20 years of experience and has served as Deputy Planner at MMRDA, handling planning and approvals in the BKC region. His expertise spans land-use planning, development permissions, policy planning, and diverse architectural and township projects.

Vaibhav J. Patil is an architect from Sir J. J. College of Architecture, Mumbai (2000) with extensive experience across public and private sector projects. His expertise includes land development, master planning, and large-scale residential, commercial, healthcare, and civic projects. He has delivered over 10,00,000 sq. ft. of work valued at approximately ₹30,000 crores while leading multidisciplinary teams with design excellence.

Mandar D. More is an architect from Sir J. J. College of Architecture, Mumbai, with over 20 years of experience in architectural design and liaisoning. He has led design teams and worked with reputed developers, specializing in the massing of new proposals and project feasibility. His experience includes large-scale mixed-use projects and obtaining approvals across Mumbai, Thane, and Bangalore.

MR. ADITYA DESHMUKH has a highly experienced team of structural professionals with experienced senior engineers. He is associated with AVM Architects since many years for jointly executing few projects.
MR. ROHIT KOREKGAOKAR is leading a team of highly experienced team of MEP engineers with experienced professionals in the field. He is associated with AVM Architects since many years for jointly executing few projects.
Harshali received her Architecture degree from BHAUSAHEB HIRE COLLEGE of architecture in 2017 and is a fresh talent in our Team she has Developed her skills in Architecture design & 3D visualizing. She is one of the upcoming designer with lots of fresh ideas.
Seema is a architecture graduate from L. S. RAHEJA COLLEGE of Architecture, Mumbai in 2000 and has an experience of About 20 years in Architecture and High End Interior design and earlier associated with N PAPL, Shapoor- ji Pallonji, Rustomjee real estate.
